Job summary

The CFO Centre is seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented Area Managing Director to expand and lead one of our U.S. markets. As an independent contractor, you will build and grow your own area while partnering with The CFO Centre to develop a high-performing division of Regional Directors and Fractional CFOs.

This role combines executive leadership, business development, recruiting, coaching, account management and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth throughout your assigned area.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading business development or professional services.
• Executive leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing senior professionals.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Experience driving revenue growth through consultative sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with EOS is preferred but not a necessity.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a network of Regional Directors and Fractional CFOs.
• Develop area growth strategies aligned with U.S. expansion objectives.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth through business development and partnerships.
• Recruit and mentor Regional Directors and Fractional CFOs.
• Maintain strong client and CFO relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Utilize CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
