Xanterra Travel Collection in Tusayan, near Grand Canyon National Park, seeks an Area General Manager to oversee operations for the Grand Hotel and Grand Canyon Hotel and Suites. You will drive guest satisfaction, financial performance, and staff engagement across lodging, F&B, retail and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or hotel management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for two Tusayan properties, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and housing programs for a seasonal workforce.
• Develop strategic objectives, operating standards, and budgets for both properties.
• Drive revenue growth through front- and back-of-house collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management.
• Foster a service-oriented culture that aligns with company values and guest expectations.
