Qualifications

• Proven success establishing strategic goals and driving results.
• Ability to lead multiple issues simultaneously and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication to convey ideas and inspire others.
• Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing complex projects.
• Experience managing a seasonal, diverse workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed financial goals through the business plan, budget, and forecasting.
• Partner with HR to hire, train, and housing for on-site employees.
• Oversee two Tusayan hotel operations including lodging, F&B, retail, guest services, and maintenance.
• Lead revenue growth strategies across both properties and monitor occupancy, rate, and other streams.
• Maintain service standards and a guest-focused culture across all operations.
• Develop strategic objectives and align leadership teams for program success.
• Foster positive relationships with partners and drive leadership example.
• Support sustainability initiatives in energy, water use, and waste reduction.
