Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an Area General Manager to lead a portfolio of Hawaii resorts across multiple properties. You will drive operations, financial performance, and guest/owner satisfaction while developing on-site leaders and maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of leadership in hospitality, 6+ years at director level, and experience with multi-property management, renovations, and HOA governance. Hawaii-based role with strong career growth potential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hospitality leadership experience.
• 6+ years director-level leadership or above.
• Proven success managing multi-property resort or hotel operations.
• Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
• Experience working in union environments.
• HOA board partnership and governance experience.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale renovations or repositioning projects.

What We're Looking For
