Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking an Area General Manager to lead four Hilton-branded hotels in the Austin/Round Rock area, including Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn. You will guide on-property General Managers, drive brand excellence, and steer profitability across multiple locations.

You’ll own financial performance, oversee budgets and P&Ls, and ensure brand standards while building strong leadership teams and a culture of accountability and results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading hotel operations at scale, including multi-property oversight.
• Strong background managing branded hotel operations, preferably Hilton properties (Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn).
• Demonstrated success driving financial performance across multiple properties.
• Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and trust.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Solid understanding of revenue management, labor optimization, and guest experience metrics.
• Highly organized and capable of balancing priorities across several locations.
• Professional communicator with ownership-level presence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations, performance, and culture of all assigned hotels.
• Lead, coach, and support on-property General Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and brand compliance across all properties.
• Own multi-property financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L, and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, and Hilton brand requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Monitor labor management, productivity, and cost controls across all hotels.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership training.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, corporate partners, and hotel leadership.
• Provide hands-on support during ramp-ups, challenges, and high-impact periods.
