Job summary

DR HOTEL EMPLOYEE LEASING LLC seeks an Area General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for four Hilton-branded hotels in the Austin/Round Rock and Austin NW markets, including Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn properties.

You will guide on-property General Managers, ensure brand excellence, and drive financial performance while building a culture of accountability, engagement, and results across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager, Area Manager, or multi-property leader.
• Strong background managing branded hotel operations, preferably Hilton (Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn).
• Demonstrated success driving financial performance across multiple properties.
• Ability to lead through influence, accountability, and trust.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, labor optimization and guest experience metrics.
• Highly organized and comfortable balancing priorities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations, performance, and culture of all assigned hotels.
• Lead, coach, and support on-property General Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and brand compliance across all properties.
• Own multi-property financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L, and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, SOPs, and Hilton brand requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Monitor labor management, productivity, and cost controls across all hotels.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership training.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, corporate partners and hotel leadership.
• Provide hands-on support during ramp-ups, challenges, and high-impact periods.
