Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Area Head of Finance to lead financial performance across the designated area. You will partner with Area GMs, sales, and operations to manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, while driving cost controls and profitability. Hybrid role in Orlando or Miami with 3 onsite days.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 6+ years in finance, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and strong communication skills. MBA and construction industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of broad accounting/finance experience.
• Understanding of GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.
• History of increasing responsibility and independent initiative.
• Strong financial, leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as commercial partner to Branch Managers and oversee Area financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Lead and oversee finance, accounting, and business administration activities for all SI RSS Businesses.
• Provide financial guidance and support to enable high-quality employee performance and accountability.
• Review contracts and provide financial guidance to improve Net Working Capital and mitigate risk.
• Build relationships with customers and local authorities to reinforce Siemens image.
