Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Finance, Controlling, Commercial Finance and business leadership experience including responsibility for P&L performance.
• Demonstrated experience translating strategy into measurable revenue, margin, profitability and cash improvements.
• Proven capability in business performance management, planning and forecasting, pricing, investment analysis, operational finance and commercial decision support.
• Ability to work effectively across operations, supply chain, engineering and commercial teams and translate drivers into financial outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to drive profitable growth across the full P&L, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow and investments.
• Provide financial and commercial leadership for pricing, business cases, operational performance and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to improve operational execution.
• Deliver financial insights for capital expenditure, capacity, sourcing and supply-chain decisions.
• Strengthen performance transparency through KPIs, root-cause analysis and disciplined follow-through on improvement measures.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and Siemens stakeholders, challenging assumptions and driving accountability.
