Campus Federal in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Area Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and appearance of our facilities and assets. You will lead vendor relationships, maintenance programs, and building systems to provide safe, efficient environments for employees and members.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and exceptional internal/external service.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of facility management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management.
• FMP designation or equivalent credential preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and appearance of Campus Federal facilities and sites.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and service providers, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, maintenance schedules, and capital improvement initiatives.
• Supervise staff and contractors, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely service.
