Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-facility property management.
• Practical knowledge of construction, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Ability to read architectural plans and blueprints and follow diagrams for maintenance, repair, installation or replacement of equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related software.
• Dependable, punctual with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, renovate, maintain and repair facilities and equipment.
• Supervise vendors, manage contracts, and ensure on-budget performance.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and records by site.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, schedules, and vehicle inspections.
