H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational performance.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive execution, staffing, facilities, compliance, and revenue growth while traveling between locations to maintain visible leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail/service/operations environment
• Experience delivering consultative client experience and driving business outcomes
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
• Experience leading through change and prioritizing across multiple locations

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with discipline and consistency
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact using insights
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviours
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals through coaching and accountability
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviours, outcomes, and real-time feedback
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and high-potential talent
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices
• Monitor performance metrics and take actions to improve business results
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices
• Prepare offices for seasonal demand and workforce readiness
