You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and business results while developing Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals. As a hands-on, in-office leader, you will coach teams, monitor staffing and facilities, drive performance, and ensure readiness across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.

• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to meet client needs and drive results.
