H&R Block is seeking an experienced Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices, drive a consistent client experience, and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals toward high performance.

As a visible leader, you’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, aligning priorities, improving operations, and ensuring office readiness to serve clients with confidence and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of a consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead staff by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and take actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, compliance, and readiness across offices.
