Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4-6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and balance strategic oversight with in-office presence.

You’ll own office readiness, day-to-day operations, staffing, compliance, and performance across offices, driving growth and client satisfaction through strong leadership and disciplined

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations including facilities and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and performance outcomes.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operations performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results.
