H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to supervise a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a high-quality client experience across all locations.

You will set expectations for service, execution, and results, while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to deliver expert guidance and a welcoming client encounter. You'll own office readiness, staffing, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, driving performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage competing demands.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a consistent consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and performance data.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, supplies, and onboarding.
