You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with in-office presence to drive client outcomes and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountable performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Strong leadership capable of coaching and accountability.
• Drive business results while managing day-to-day operations across locations (labor).
• Experience leading through change and new processes.
• Exercise independent judgment and prioritize across locations.
• Experience with facilities, staffing, or compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving; handle escalations.
• Interpret data, identify trends, translate into action.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds for office readiness.
• Frequent travel between offices, with in-day travel.
• Schedule aligned with hours across locations including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to improve experience.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching to performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations including staffing, scheduling, compliance, SOPs.
• Own office readiness including facilities, equipment, supplies, hiring, onboarding.
