Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams to anticipate client needs and deliver expert guidance in every office. You will own staffing, facilities, and day-to-day operations, using leadership to build high‑performing teams and drive durable business results across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative service delivery.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing daily operations across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple locations and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with alignment on standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and drive improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals toward consistent performance.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and act to improve business results and client retention.
• Staffing, scheduling, labor management, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
• Travel between offices to maintain in-person leadership presence.
