H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, team performance, and business results.

As a hands-on, in-person leader, you will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing and compliance, and align priorities to fuel growth while maintaining exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven leadership of teams across multiple locations with accountability for outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset and ability to deliver consultative client experiences.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable, and drive results across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate performance and client impact; reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting clear expectations and coaching to consistent performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors and outcomes to strengthen execution.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
