H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive performance, and maintain readiness in staffing, facilities, and compliance.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on presence, travel between offices, and leadership that aligns priorities with client outcomes and business results.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• A strong client-centric mindset with proven leadership and coaching ability across several locations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results and manage day-to-day operations, including staff and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate performance and client impact across locations to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors with visible client-centric leadership.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to maintain high performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors, outcomes, and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and trends, implementing actions to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, compliance, and SOPs across offices.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, supplies, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal readiness.
