Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Pros, balance strategic oversight with hands‑on presence, and drive revenue and operational results across the portfolio.

You’ll own office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, while developing bench strength and guiding teams through change. Frequent travel between offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to drive business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and adoption of new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently between assigned offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations and reinforce strengths.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors in offices.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations and coaching.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behavior, performance, and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and improve business results and client acquisition.
• Ensure daily operations across offices including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Own office readiness, facilities, recruiting, onboarding, and seasonal preparation.
