Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, team performance, and business results.

You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive operational excellence, staffing readiness, and seasonal planning while traveling between offices to maintain an in-person presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple locations and drive customer-focused results.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
• Travel frequently to maintain presence across offices.
