You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive staff development, operational excellence, and strong business results in a hands‑on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven ability to lead multi-unit teams and drive performance.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to close gaps.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead professionals by setting expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching informed by observed behaviors, performance outcomes, and feedback.
• Identify patterns, address performance gaps, and build bench strength.
