Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices and ensure a high‑quality client experience. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, team performance, and business results while leading Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.

You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, coach teams, and drive readiness across offices, facilities, and staffing to deliver consistent results and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit retail/service/ops environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative service experience.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day‑to‑day ops across locations.
• Experience leading through change and adopting new processes.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experince across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Pros and Client Service Pros with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and outcomes.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and business outcomes across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and act to improve results.
