Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of work experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Proven leadership ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results while managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact and drive improvements across locations.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors with visible leadership.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, reinforcing accountability and performance.
• Provide timely coaching based on observed behaviors, feedback, and performance data to strengthen teams.
• Identify patterns across offices, address gaps, and develop bench strength and talent.
