Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-unit environment with P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable across locations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel frequently to multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the consultative client experience across 4–6 offices with discipline.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Lead teams by setting clear expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior and real-time feedback.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics, identify trends, and improve client acquisition/retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, recruiting, and seasonal prep.
