You’ll set expectations for consultative service, operations, and business results while coaching Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to anticipate client needs and provide expert guidance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit settings with accountability for performance.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership to coach, develop, and drive accountability.
• Experience driving business results across multiple locations including staffing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact; reinforce strengths and close gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes and tools with frontline leaders.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals for consistent performance.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength for high-potential talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and implement actions to improve results, acquisition, and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across locations.
• Oversee office readiness including facilities, supplies, and onboarding, for seasonal demand.
