Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4-6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience and strong operational execution. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, travel between offices, and own revenue and business performance across locations.

This hands-on leader sets expectations, monitors metrics, and drives bench strength to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years leading teams in a multi-unit retail, service, or operations environment with accountability for performance outcomes.
Ability to travel frequently between offices and manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4-6 offices with disciplined execution.
Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals toward consistent performance.
Set expectations, reinforce accountability, and coach based on observed behaviours and outcomes.
Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent for succession.
Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across assigned offices.
Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement actions to improve results.
