Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day ops across locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Drive office readiness, staffing, facilities, and compliance.
• Manage revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor performance metrics and take action to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations and scheduling across locations.
