Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring client‑focused service and strong operations across locations. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive execution to deliver consistent results.

You will balance strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, manage staffing and facilities, and travel to maintain a strong in‑person presence across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years work experience leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Ability to drive business results while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations.
• Identify patterns, address gaps, and develop bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure proper scheduling, labor management, and service delivery.
• Travel frequently to maintain in-person presence across locations.
