You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive operational excellence and business results.

You will own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, using data‑driven insights to address gaps and build bench strength for peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven track record delivering business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Experience managing change and prioritizing across locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate performance and client impact across locations to drive improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors with client‑centric leadership.
• Oversee office readiness, staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Monitor metrics, address gaps, and develop bench strength with high‑potential talent.
• Manage revenue, growth, and operational outcomes across offices.
