You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to drive results and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to set expectations, and the skill to translate data into actionable improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset and leadership abilities.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of consultative client experience across 4-6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals with clear expectations.
• Provide coaching based on observed behaviors and outcomes.
• Identify patterns and develop bench strength across offices.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Oversee office readiness, facilities, and onboarding for seasonal demand.
