H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to align priorities and drive business results.

You will manage office readiness, staffing, facilities, and day‑to‑day operations while traveling between locations to maintain in‑person leadership and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in a multi‑unit retail, service, or operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead professionals by setting clear expectations and coaching for performance.
• Provide coaching based on observed behavior, performance and feedback.
• Identify patterns and address performance gaps to build bench strength.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and act to improve business results and client retention.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
• Prepare for seasonal demand and office readiness across locations.
