Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit environments with accountability.
• Experience delivering consultative client experience.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Experience leading through change and new processes.
• Ability to travel frequently between offices and work across locations.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own 4–6 retail offices to deliver a consistent client experience.
