You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive operational readiness, staffing, compliance, and performance, and align local results with the firm’s growth goals. This hands‑on role requires travel between offices and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail, service, or operations with performance accountability.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a consistent client experience across 4–6 offices, ensuring standards are met.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to reinforce strengths and address gaps.
• Lead adoption of new client experience processes, tools, and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals to consistently high performance.
• Provide real-time feedback to strengthen team execution and readiness.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent.
• Own revenue, growth, and operational performance across offices.
• Monitor metrics and translate insights into action to improve results.
• Ensure daily operations across offices, including staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
