In this hands-on role, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and operations, and drive performance while maintaining a strong client-centric culture focused on service excellence and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit settings.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within day trips.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of consultative client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
