H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices and ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for service, operations, and results, while developing teams.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations, and drive revenue and client outcomes through disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi‑unit retail or service environments.
• Strong client‑centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven ability to drive business results across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Drive adoption of new client experience processes and tools.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
• Monitor performance metrics and act to improve results.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Own office readiness and seasonal workforce planning.
