Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading teams in a multi‑unit retail/service/operations environment.
• Strong client‑centric mindset and ability to deliver consultative client experience.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and accountability for performance.
• Experience driving business results across multiple locations, including staffing and labor management.
• Comfort with change and adopting new processes across several offices.

Responsabilités

• Own consistent delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with disciplined execution.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact, using insights to close gaps and improve results.
• Lead implementation of new client experience processes, tools and behaviors.
• Coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, reinforcing accountability and performance.
• Identify patterns across offices and develop bench strength and talent for succession.
• Oversee revenue, growth, and operational performance across the portfolio.
• Monitor metrics, trends and take actions to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and compliance across offices.
