Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking an experienced, hands-on Area Executive Chef responsible for culinary operations at our University of Jamestown campus. The role also involves supporting special events/catering and providing culinary training across 4 other North Dakota University Culinary Programs.
This position requires previous experience managing high-volume dining and food production, preferably in campus or hospital settings. The candidate should have experience overseeing multiple locations and strong expertise in catering and special events. Sodexo provides comprehensive food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions for college campuses.
The ideal candidate will possess a Culinary Degree or equivalent experience and have diverse menu knowledge in high-volume dining. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your culinary career!
