Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking a vigilant Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising, resets, and installations across an assigned market. You will guide a team, ensure planogram compliance, and maintain safety and quality across projects in multiple stores.

The role requires travel within the market, strong leadership, and hands-on field work, with a focus on timely execution and accurate reporting via mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.
• Formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, instruct on site, inspect work against standards.
• Serve as in-market contact with store management and client representatives.
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting through company mobile apps and verify data.
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and proper use of tools on site.
