Responsibilities

• Review construction projects for constructability, progress, quality, and contract compliance; document findings and recommendations.
• Prepare extra work justifications and responses to RFIs and written directives; manage contract administration docs.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and restoration of ITS to minimize disruptions.
• Plan and lead pre-construction and progress meetings with contractors, consultants, utilities, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Resolve disputes by arbitration; provide testimony and documentation in negotiations and claims.
• Provide technical documentation and evidence during contract negotiations and disputes.
