Qualifications

• Maryland Professional Engineer license required.
• 1 year of experience managing engineering projects as a licensed PE.
• Selective qualification: 1 year in TCD and/or ITS design.

Responsibilities

• Supervise design for Traffic Control Devices and ITS statewide.
• Coordinate budgets, scheduling, and design standards.
• Provide guidance and coaching to designers and engineers.
• Represent SHA in meetings and manage program tasks.
