• Oversee dispatch of drivers within the metro-area to maximize efficiency and customer delivery responsiveness.
• Monitor driver progress and adjust schedules as orders come in.
• Maximize truck loads outbound and inbound.
• Optimize use of overtime and outside haulers for superior customer service.
• Support branches in maintaining customer relations via phone for equipment location or delivery time changes.
