Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed Core Training - Phase One.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• A call to reach kids with the Gospel.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual leadership and team development to carry out Young Life’s mission in the area.
• Develop yearly personal and ministry plans aligned with gospel proclamation.
• Recruit, train and supervise volunteers and staff to build leadership capacity.
• Lead fundraising efforts and donor relations to sustain ministry activities.
• Oversee programmatic ministry including clubs, Campaigners, and camps.
• Ensure ministry operations reflect biblically grounded practices and policies.
