Qualifications

• Must have completed Core Training -Phase One.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Spiritual Development — develop personal spiritual life and lead teams in spiritual development.
• Leadership Development — recruit, train and deploy volunteers and staff; cast area vision.
• Resource Development — assist in fundraising, donor relations and events planning.
• Direct Ministry — lead contact work, club, Campaigners and camp activities; model gospel proclamation.
• Ministry Support — manage administration, communications and data; uphold policies and procedures.
• Take on short and long term assignments; contribute to yearly ministry strategy.
