You will partner with regional and corporate teams to drive growth, ensure service excellence, manage risk, and enforce Brink’s values. Travel 40–70% is expected to maintain field presence and effective leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to effectively organize market logistics and drive execution across all service lines.
• Ensure market excellence by delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Own customer performance and relationships by partnering with Branch leadership to ensure service delivery, issue resolution, and contract compliance.
• Proactively manage risk and loss prevention by enforcing safety, security, and compliance standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and Route Logistics Leaders with a focus on performance and accountability.
• Travel regularly within the assigned market (approximately 40–70%) to maintain field presence and leadership engagement.
