Job summary

Brink's Inc is seeking a Branch Manager I to lead a market with responsibility for route and cash logistics, operations, finance, HR and safety. You will direct Team Leaders, drive process improvements, and develop profitable client relationships to achieve strong financial results.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and ensuring high service standards across lines of business, reporting to the General Manager or Regional VP. A 21+ candidate with relevant licensing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years operations experience in banking, money processing or transportation/logistics.
• A valid firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing requirements.
• A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses.
• Clear DOT/DMV record
• Ability to routinely lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Must be 21 years of age
• Experience in cash handling industry or retail/financial cash management
• Excellent knowledge of business and customer needs
• Excellent knowledge of business development techniques
• Excellent knowledge in process improvement methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall market management at a location.
• Coordinate with Field Operations Leadership to meet short- and long-term goals.
• Lead Team Leaders across routes, cash logistics, operations, HR, safety and security.
• Drive cost management, efficiency improvements and service quality.
• Develop market product lines and pursue new opportunities.
• Manage risk exposure and minimize worker’s compensation and security losses.
• Maintain positive employee relations and a safe work environment.
• Recruit, train and mentor frontline supervisors in the market.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure service levels.
