Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive hotel or related experience; or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Supervisory experience required; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, counsel, motivate and recognize housekeeping staff across locations.
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, inventory, and scheduling within department.
• Inspect standards to ensure quality and consistency with brand.
• Greet and assist guests; build relationships with long-term and repeat guests.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Front Desk to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure safe working practices and productivity within the department.
