The role involves business development, admissions processes and maintaining daily census, representing the facility to professionals and the community to expand referral base, and analyzing the marketplace to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health care marketing.
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred.
• Nursing degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

The Area Director of Business Development is responsible for business development, admissions process and the development and maintenance of daily census. Represents the facility to professionals and the community to expand referral base. Continuously analyzing the marketplace and determining the changing needs of the facility’s consumers.

Qualifications For The Area Director Of Business Development

• REQUIRED: 3 years’ experience in health care related marketing.


• Preferred: experience with Point Click Care.


• Preferred: Nursing degree.


• Computer knowledgeable including word and Excel.


• A desire to work with seniors.


• Ability to travel throughout the various states where we manage communities.
