Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and their stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream while following a clear launch plan.

You’ll start by establishing your territory and client base, then grow a business with your name on it. This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with a home office setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• You are a natural relationship-builder with consultative sales instincts.
• Curious and coachable, always looking to sharpen your skills and learn from those who’ve done it before.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s tools and processes.
• Partner with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and support.
