The N2 Company is seeking Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream through N2's proven model.

This hybrid role blends in-person relationship building with work from your home office, offering the freedom to shape your own schedule and income within a national framework.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be capable of running a home-based business with local engagement.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills are required.
• Ability to operate independently within a defined plan and territories.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic community stories.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2 tools.
• Partner with national team for design, production, training and support.
